Meet Webb
Paul has lived a life of both professionalism and adventure, building a successful career as a sales consultant and author while also finding success in professional and amateur sports. Now the retired principal of Paul Webb Sales Training and WebbVT, Paul enjoyed an established 43-year-long career providing sales consultancy services to local and national businesses throughout the World. His experience in business and sales drove him to inspire others, authoring the book The Number One Best Selling Book… Sales Training For Everyone, so other's find success in their sales journey.
Behind the suit and tie is a man with a passion for sports and the outdoors, garnering an accomplished 36-year career in skiing, surfing, and lifeguarding both professionally and recreationally. Paul’s sports career in skiing included 18 years of racing for the Alta and Snowbird teams, competing on the Coors Pro Tour in the Intermountain Division while also working as a professional ski instructor for PSIA-West. During the summer months, Paul spent his time in the water, surfing, and serving as an ocean lifeguard and instructor in his hometown of the Jersey Shore, as well as in locations throughout California and Australia.
Paul believes a life dedicated to moral clarity requires following your passion, and it is through experiences that your passions develop. Throughout Paul’s experiences in sales and in sports, he was introduced to key figures that helped shape his desire to help others, ultimately leading him to develop a close relationship with the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF). Paul now devotes his life to fundraising, embarking on a 12-year cycling journey to raise money for CAF and provide purpose for athletes with disabilities.
