Paul Henry Webb is described as a man who has redefined success, achieving success in his career, in sports, and building success through his legacy. The retired principal of Paul Webb Sales Training and WebbVT, Paul spent his 43-year career providing sales and consultancy services around the globe. Through his experiences, Paul authored the book, The Number One Best Selling Book… Sales Training For Everyone, sharing his sales knowledge inspiring purpose in others. 

Almost like living a double life, Paul spent 18 years as a professional athlete, competing in skiing and surfing, and holding positions as a professional lifeguard and ski instructor. Through these experiences, Paul was introduced to some key figures in his life, inspiring him to achieve more through their experiences, and leading him to a passion for cycling and fundraising. 

Paul now devotes his time to charitable causes, championing the mission of the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) and supporting aspiring athletes with opportunities to succeed. An avid cyclist, Paul has turned his passion into a fundraising platform, using his sales experience, cycling endurance, and proceeds from his book sales to raise awareness and promote CAF’s mission to support challenged athletes.
